I went to Dr Refresh Spa for a hydrafacial (Platinum) and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the the lady with perfect skin in the front desk, she was very sweet and kind. Immediately upon arrival I was taken to the room where I was going to get my treatment. I was then introduced to Erica who had me fill out a quick consent form that took less than a minute. Soon after I was given the hydrafacial that felt like therapy for my skin as well. The hydrafacial took an hour and some change but it honestly felt like 30'mins because it was so smooth. After the treatment was done I was ecstatic after looking at the results in the mirror. I will definitely be back in a few months for a second hydrafacial. I was extremely happy with the customer service, cleanliness, the hydrafacial, as well as the results. Thank you for everything Dr Refresh!

My micro needling session was incredible. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and ready for the procedure. The staff was lovely and the experience went very smoothly. My skin has healed and I am ecstatic with my results. I’ve tried countless products and facials, and nothing amounts to how my skin looks now.
